like, oh you know, everyone, i reloaded the ticketweb page like a madman at 9:59 and did my best to score some tickets, and then of course the site was fucking up and said it was sold out AFTER it took all my credit info.
however, i just checked my online banking. they debited the funds. are they just complete fuckheads, or did i get tickets? |

i tried getting tix, but didn't get as far as entering CC info before it said it was sold out. my friend however, got charged $300 bucks (debited from his account) and was told tix were sold out, got no confirmation of tix or anything.
i recommend filing a complaint to the FTC about Ticketweb (who are apparently owned by ticketmaster) hopefully this link will work, takes you right to the FTC online complaint site... https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 good luck. what a bunch of fuckers they are. i'm pissed and i didn't even get ripped off $$!!! |

i recommend filing a complaint to the FTCquote] Wouldn't it be more reasonable to contact TicketWeb and try to straighten it out first? Yes, it sucks to be charged without receiving tickets, but this is an imperfect world. Give people a chance to rectify things before blowing whistles. On the other hand, if it turns out to be a chronic problem with TicketWeb, and they just can't handle this sort of technology, then they should get out of the business. |
