Alan Licht, Irwin Menkin and Steve Shelley, do I forget someone?

Thank you!
The line-up for the live act is Lee Ranaldo on guitars and vocals, Irwin Menken (not Menkin) on bass, Alan Licht on guitar, and Steve Shelley on drums; as far as I know. Contributors to the album in addition to the same names above: Nels Cline, Jim O'Rourke, John Medeski, and Bob Bert.
